• Vehicle information: Make, model, year, color, and class when you register a vehicle for a car show.
• Organization information: If you are an organizer, we store your organization name and role.
• Payment information: If you purchase tickets, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version.
• Usage data: How you interact with our apps to provide and improve our services.
• Push notification tokens: If you enable notifications, we store a token to send you updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, provide the My Car Show services (browse shows, buy tickets, vote, manage vehicles), send push notifications (if you opt in), process purchases and registrations, improve our apps, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Expo, hosting providers), car show organizers (when you register or buy tickets), and when required by law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion. Vehicle and vote data is retained as part of show history. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also delete your account from the app settings.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled securely. We do not store payment card numbers.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our services may process data in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to such transfers where permitted by law.
