Welcome to My Car Show. By accessing or using our web admin console, mobile applications, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
My Car Show provides a platform for organizers to create and manage car shows, and for attendees to browse shows, purchase tickets, obtain passes, register vehicles, vote, and view leaderboards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to violate laws, infringe on others' rights, use the Services for spam or fraud, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Services, or manipulate votes or data fraudulently. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of show information and content, compliance with laws, and their use of attendee data. We are not liable for disputes between organizers and attendees.
Ticket purchases may be processed through Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual organizers. We do not guarantee refunds.
The My Car Show platform is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ORGANIZERS, ATTENDEES, OR THIRD PARTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Car Show from any claims arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that should survive (e.g., disclaimers) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
